In times of labor exploitation, questionable working conditions, and profit maximization, Ralph saw an opportunity to change a broken system for the better. Inspired by his idea, he resigned from his job and embarked on a mission to found a sustainable sportswear brand.

He partnered with 10 athletes, hence the name The Starting 10, to kick off his change movement.

After months of research and deep dives into the back-then new world of sustainable sportswear, he reached out to can’t eat money to help him build his company from scratch.

Together, we defined a progressive but long-lasting visual identity for The Starting 10, a brand-shaping communication strategy, and a plethora of communication assets to bring the brand to life. Soon, we realized that an agile working model was necessary in order to outrun the competition. Working even closer, we developed a fast-paced social media strategy that was in need of intriguing imagery. can’t eat money organized a local film and photo production and accompanied the whole production from pre- to post-production.
